Frequently Asked Questions

Everything about fund safety, requirements, signal scoring and subscriptions. The first 9 match the homepage FAQ; the rest go deeper.

1.Is my money safe? Do you ever touch my funds?

No, and we couldn't. Your funds stay in an account opened in your own name at the partner broker; PRISMX never handles them. Our connector does exactly one thing: it sends the orders you have confirmed to the MT5 terminal running on your own machine. You can disconnect or reset your token at any time.

2.Is this an automated trading bot (EA)? Could it trade behind my back?

No. PRISMX makes no decisions for you: every single order requires your explicit confirmation before it is sent. What it solves is everything after the confirmation: position sizing, stop and target placement, execution speed and receipts.

3.Is the win rate real? What stops you from faking it?

No human touches the scoring. After a signal fires the system tracks the market: take-profit first is a win, stop-loss first is a loss, both-touched-in-one-candle counts against us, and data outages are excluded. Everyone sees the same number on the panel, and we can't edit it either.

4.I'm a complete beginner. Can I use this?

Yes. Beginners arguably benefit the most. You don't need to read charts or indicators: every signal carries a complete plan, and you can size positions simply as "the percent of my account I'm willing to risk". We recommend starting on a demo account.

5.What do I need to get connected?

Three things: 1) an MT5 account at the partner broker MakeCapital (live or demo, takes minutes to open); 2) a Windows PC running MT5 that stays on and online; 3) a PRISMX account. Your phone can watch signals and send orders from anywhere; execution happens on that PC's MT5.

6.Which instruments are covered?

We focus on gold (XAUUSD), major currency pairs, and popular instruments like BTC. Deliberately not "everything": going deep on a few instruments across timeframes beats spreading thin across a hundred.

7.Does it cost anything right now?

FREE is free forever (delayed signals plus the public record, built for auditing us). PRO is a subscription: see the pricing section on this page for current prices, yearly is better value, USDT accepted. Any price changes are announced in advance.

8.Will following the signals make me money?

Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is lying to you. Trading always carries risk and past win rates never guarantee future results. What PRISMX provides is discipline and transparency: complete plans, locked-in stops, honest records. The decisions, and the risk, stay yours.

9.What's actually different between FREE and PRO?

One word: timing. FREE shows signals only after they expire (about a 10-minute delay), which makes it perfect for auditing the record and learning the plan structure, but structurally impossible to trade on. PRO is real-time delivery plus one-click execution, auto position management and your personal real win rate. FREE exists so you can audit us for free; upgrade only once the record has earned it.

10.Is it MT5 only? Can I use MT4?

MT5 only for now. One-tap execution and automatic position management rely on MT5's integration capabilities, which MT4 cannot match — and accounts at the partner broker are MT5 by default.

11.My PC can't stay on all day. Can I use a VPS?

Yes. Any Windows environment that runs MT5 can play the execution role, including a cloud Windows VPS. A common setup is exactly that: MT5 on a VPS stays online while your phone watches signals and sends orders.

12.What happens when PRO expires or I stop paying?

You simply drop back to FREE. Your account, history and personal win rate are all kept — nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade again anytime. USDT payments have no auto-renewal: the panel reminds you before expiry, and not paying just means not being charged.

13.Why do I have to use the partner broker's MT5 account?

Because the win-rate scoring must reconcile with your actual fills. Signals are scored, priced and executed against one quote source; a different broker's spread and pricing quirks would open a gap of "the record won but my account didn't". Locking one quote source is what makes the public record auditable.
